Returns and Exchanges FAQ
- Do you accept returns / exchanges?
Before you make a purchase, please ask any doubts you may have, we will be happy to answer them. If you are unsure about the textiles meeting your needs, please ask for a swatch and we will be happy to send it to you, before you decide on your purchase. We accept returns/exchanges, for regular sizes/designs. Custom sizes or more than one product can't be returned/exchanged.
- What can I do if I registered the wrong address and my package was returned to you?
Should you enter the wrong address and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the new shipping charge to resend the product. We will not charge you any extra for this service, nor can you cancel and get the refund for the order since it won't arrive by the date you expected.
- What products are returnable on your website?
Please ask before purchase, custom or more than one product of the same size/color are not returnable/exchangeable. We do not stock products, everything is artisan work, made to order.
In cases when we accept an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping both ways. Returns, you are responsible for the shipping to us, and the original shipping to you is not refundable.
- Apparel, exchanges are accepted, in case you ordered the wrong size and we have stock for the material of the new one. Only unused, in original bags are accepted.
- Blankets, ARE returnable if sent in original package, unused and it wasn't a custom order/color
- Seasonal merchandise, only if returned at least 2 weeks before the holiday, and if it wasn't a custom order.
- Fabric by the yard is NOT returnable/ exchangeable, once cut we can't take it back since yards are continuously sold. Please ask for a swatch if you are not familiar with the textile.
- Curtains are NOT returnable, and exchanges are accepted only if we send you the wrong size.
- Overstock, is NOT returnable. All sales are final.
- Linen is not returnable/exchangeable.; table runners, placemats, napkins.
The best policy in case of doubt is please ask before purchase.
- What if I received a wrong product that doesn't match the listing and/or my order?
In case you received a product that does not match the description in the listing or you received a different product/color/size by mistake, we will send you the shipping label, plus refund you 10% of your order to make up for the inconvenience and ship the correct order with a courtesy priority service for fast delivery.
Whenever you have doubts, please ask before placing an order.

Sorry if these policies don't suit your needs, we are a small business and cannot afford to accept returns for any other reason than a defective product or the wrong item being shipped. Can't afford to refund postage on accepted returns either.
